Need an Update on your complaint
If you have lodged a complaint with us, you can contact us at anytime to ask for an update on its status. Contact us through any of the methods listed above and please be sure to refer to your earlier communication so that we can respond effectively.
Resolution
We will try to deal with your complaint on the spot. However, if this is not possible, we will write to you to acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours. We will ensure we treat you fairly and will work to resolve your complaint as soon as possible. In the rare event we are still investigating your complaint after 30 days we will write to you to explain why and to let you know when we expect to have completed our investigation.
When we have completed our investigation we will write to let you know the outcome and the reasons for our decision.
Taking it further
We hope that you will be satisfied with how we deal with your complaint. However, if your concerns remain unresolved, or you have not heard from us within 30 days, then you can have your complaint heard by an independent party, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. You can contact AFCA at:

At Nexus Capital Partners Pty Ltd (“Nexus”) we understand the importance of protecting your rights to privacy and we are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth). We use the information you provide to advise about and assist with your credit needs. We only provide your information to the companies with whom you choose to deal (and their representatives). What if you don’t provide some information to us?
If you don’t provide us with full information, we can’t properly advise or assist you with your credit needs.
Who do we disclose your personal information to?
We disclose your personal information for the purposes for which we collect it. That is, to provide financial services to you. In providing our services, we may disclose your information to third parties that we engage to perform administrative or other services. Such disclosure is always on a confidential basis. We may also disclose your information where it is necessary in the handling of any of your financial work, with your consent, or if disclosure is required by law.

Nexus takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information that we hold is protected against misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We hold personal information in both hard copy and electronic forms in secure databases on secure premises, accessible only to authorised staff.
We ensure that your information is safe by applying appropriate security measures and procedures, including requiring all staff to maintain strict confidentiality of client information, computer and mobile device passwords, as well as remote device-wipe capabilities.
